- Some locations may have limited courier coverage; in such cases, we will notify you at checkout or after order placement.
We have partnered with multiple trusted courier services including private couriers and India Post to ensure reliable delivery. Courier selection may vary based on your location, product type, and service availability.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Bulk/B2B orders, special imports, or high-demand items may take additional processing time (customers will be informed).

- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to Zofik.com. Re-shipping charges may apply.
For bulk and B2B orders, shipping timelines and charges may differ depending on order volume, weight, and location.

- Once dispatched, the courier is responsible for safe transit.
- Zofik.com will assist in resolving courier-related issues but is not liable for delays or losses caused by external logistics partners.
- In case of lost shipments, a replacement or refund will be processed after courier investigation.
Currently, Zofik.com serves only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Panipat, Haryana courts.
