Cancellation Policy:

At Zofik.com, we value our customers’ time and trust. We understand that sometimes orders may need to be cancelled, and we strive to make the process as smooth as possible while ensuring fairness to both parties.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
  • Customers may request cancellation before shipment of the order.

  • To request cancellation, please contact our support team at care@zofik.com or call our helpline at +91-180-663-1111.

  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible for a return/refund as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.

2. Order Cancellation by Zofik.com

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to the following reasons:

  • Product out of stock or discontinued

  • Errors in pricing, description, or technical issues

  • Payment not received or transaction flagged as fraudulent

  • Customer providing incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable details

If your order is cancelled from our side:

  • You will be notified promptly via email/phone.

  • Any payment received will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.

3. Cancellation of Bulk / B2B Orders
  • Bulk or customized B2B orders may have different cancellation terms depending on order size, MOQ (minimum order quantity), and brand-specific requirements.

  • Once bulk orders are processed and invoiced, cancellations may not be permitted. Customers are advised to check details carefully before confirming such orders.

4. Cancellation of COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
  • Customers placing Cash on Delivery or Partial COD orders are expected to accept the delivery.

  • Frequent or unjustified cancellations of COD orders may result in:

    • Disabling COD for the customer’s account

    • Account suspension for misuse of services

5. Refunds on Cancellation
  • For prepaid orders, cancellation refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Refund timelines:

    • UPI, Wallets, Debit/Credit Cards: 3–5 business days

    • Net Banking, NEFT/RTGS/IMPS: 5–7 business days

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exceptions & Non-Cancellable Orders

The following cannot be cancelled once confirmed:

  • Products with special orders or customization

  • Products sourced on customer’s specific request

  • Products already shipped or handed over to courier

7. Liability Limitation
  • Zofik.com will make every effort to process cancellations and refunds promptly.

  • However, we are not liable for delays caused by banking networks, payment gateways, or external service providers.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Panipat, Haryana courts.
