Customers may request a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:
Product received is damaged, defective, or non-functional.
Product received is different from what was ordered.
Product is missing accessories or parts as described.
Product is covered under manufacturer warranty, but is found faulty upon arrival.
⚠️ Note: Products must be reported within 3 days of delivery to be eligible and video proof is required to submit the complaint.
Refunds or replacements will not be accepted if:
The product is damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse by the customer.
The product is returned without original packaging, invoice, or accessories.
The issue is related to software configuration, compatibility, or third-party products.
Products are customized, bulk B2B, or special order items sourced on customer’s request.
Products reported after 3 days of delivery without sufficient proof of defect.

Once approved, we will arrange pickup or return instructions.
After verification, you may choose:
Replacement (subject to stock availability), or
Full / Partial refund (case specific) to your original payment method.
- UPI, Wallets, Debit/Credit Cards: 3–5 business days
- Net Banking, NEFT/RTGS/IMPS: 5–7 business days
- COD Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer (customer must share bank details).
- Replacement will be dispatched once the returned product is received and verified.
- Standard replacement dispatch within 5–7 business days (subject to stock).
- If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
- All products come with manufacturer warranty only, starting from the date of purchase.
- Warranty claims beyond the return window must be raised directly with the manufacturer.
- Zofik.com will assist customers in connecting with the respective service center wherever possible.
Refund/replacement terms for bulk or customized B2B orders may vary depending on MOQ, product type, and supplier terms.
Customers are advised to confirm before placing bulk orders.
Zofik.com will make every effort to ensure smooth returns and refunds.
We are not liable for courier delays, manufacturer service delays, or external factors beyond our control, however we will try to assist you in every possible way.
This Refund & Replacement Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Panipat, Haryana courts.
