The Syrotech SY-GPON-2OLT is a high-performance, compact 2-Port GPON Optical Line Terminal (OLT) designed for scalable and reliable fiber network deployments. With its 1U 19-inch rack-mount form factor, it offers a space-saving solution ideal for ISPs, enterprises, and ICT infrastructure providers operating in compact server or equipment rooms.
Built to support a wide range of applications, the SY-GPON-2OLT is perfectly suited for Triple-Play services, VPN connectivity, IP surveillance, and Enterprise LAN networks. It is fully compliant with ITU-T G.984/G.988 standards, ensuring seamless interoperability with most industry-standard ONTs, making it a flexible choice for modern fiber access networks.
Each GPON port supports up to a 1:128 split ratio, enabling efficient fiber distribution for up to 256 ONUs, with a transmission distance of 20 km using Class C+++ optics. For uplink flexibility, the device integrates 2× GE RJ45 ports and 2× SFP/SFP+ ports (GE/10GE), delivering versatile backhaul options for growing network demands.
The SY-GPON-2OLT comes equipped with advanced Layer 2/3 switching and routing features, including VLAN, QoS, IGMP snooping, ACL-based security, and IPv6 support. Service providers can rely on its traffic management, multicast support, and policy control to ensure high-quality service delivery across diverse applications.
For simplified operations, the OLT supports WEB, CLI, Telnet, SSH, and SNMP management interfaces, along with ONT auto-discovery, remote configuration, and software upgrade capabilities. This makes deployment and maintenance faster, easier, and more cost-effective.
Engineered for high reliability and energy efficiency, the device consumes only 35W, while its power-off alarm functions and robust design provide stable performance in demanding environments. With a net weight of 2.485 kg, it is lightweight, rack-friendly, and easy to install.
